Marina in Mexico

Since starting a family, my passion for photography has taken on a whole new dimension. My children have become eager models. They’ve more than gotten used to my ever-present camera, and the result has been thousands of photos that I’m so proud to have.Photographing my family is really a coming-together of all the great loves in my life: my wife Linda, whose encouragement and attention to detail has helped me grow in my art; my children, who continuously cause me to see things in a new light; and my work—25 years of it now—and more fulfilling than ever with a family to now share in it with. This photo of my daughter Marina, who at the time was 2 ½ years, riding on Linda’s shoulders on the beach in Mexico is one of my favorites.
