Old Jewish Cheder - Fastiv

“In Fastiv, as we walked along the dirt roads of what remained of the Jewish
section we came upon a school which was once the old Jewish Cheder (School).
I immediately recalled stories my Zaida had told about his Cheder, how his
father had dragged him by his ear to school. Standing there memories
flooded back and I felt a real connection to this old stone building.
